During the New Year's Eve, the national final of the Miss Over 50 beauty contest is held, in a low and half-empty room overlooking the Lake of Lecco; the Carpa Matta. The evening is conducted by La Patrizia (60), in front of eight sarcastic and distracted Juries, reaches its topical moment, with the performance of the special guest; the charming Laura Zanichelli (40). The whole evening is filmed with the camera, by a young director Andrea (30) who aspires to make a film to take to the Venice Film Festival.
